Order Support

  • Order Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and a separate notification with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will make every effort to process your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping fulfillment stage.

  • Shipping Issues: For any problems with delivery, including lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our Natural Family Toothpaste. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Happiness Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Process: Email us at support@risewellmall.com to receive a Return Authorization and instructions. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are sealed and unused.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
