All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your order securely. Our standard shipping method provides an estimated delivery window of 6 to 12 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that "business days" exclude weekends and local holidays.
Delivery estimates vary by destination region:
North America & Europe: Typically 6-9 business days in transit.
Asia Pacific & Australia: Typically 8-12 business days in transit.
Other International Destinations: Typically 10-12+ business days in transit.

For all international orders, you are the importer of record. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. If you need to correct an address, please contact us at support@risewellmall.com immediately after placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office. If the package appears lost in transit according to the carrier's tracking, please contact us at support@risewellmall.com within 30 days of the shipment date, and we will open a formal investigation with the carrier.
